Stavanger, 12 November 2012: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco) has as part of its employee incentive scheme issued 842,079 new shares at a price of NOK 3.62 per share. The shares will be issued following registration of the share capital increase in the Register of Business Enterprises.

Stavanger, 18 April 2012: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco) has sold own bonds for a nominal amount of NOK 200 million in the market. The sale includes NOK 71 million in the bond NOR04 and NOK 129 million in the bond NOR05 with maturities in November 2014 and December 2013 respectively. After this, Noreco's own holding of these bonds is zero.
