Årsregnskap 2007 for Altinex Oil Norway

Stavanger 7. juli 2008. Vedlagt oversendes godkjent årsregnskap for 2007. Det inkluderer endringer i regnskapsprinsipp vedrørende kjøp av produserende oljefelt. Endringen medfører eliminering av goodwill samt justering av tilhørende utsatt skatt.

Norske Noreco kjøper oljeselskap

Stavanger, 25. april 2008: Oljeselskapet Noreco kjøper Talisman Oil Denmark Limited for 83 millioner dollar. Etter kjøpet øker Norecos daglige oljeproduksjon med mer enn 20%, mens oljereservene øker med 4,35 millioner fat.
