Årsregnskap 2007 for Altinex Oil Norway

Stavanger 7. juli 2008. Vedlagt oversendes godkjent årsregnskap for 2007. Det inkluderer endringer i regnskapsprinsipp vedrørende kjøp av produserende oljefelt. Endringen medfører eliminering av goodwill samt justering av tilhørende utsatt skatt.

Huntington development moves forward

Stavanger, 27 August, 2008: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco - OSE:NOR),  Oilexco, the operator of the Huntington field in UK, where Noreco owns a 20% share, has entered into a letter of intent with Bluewater for deployment of the Floating Production, Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO) Glas Dowr at the Huntington field in the North Sea.

New oil discovery for Noreco

Stavanger, 20 August, 2008: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco - OSE:NOR), Noreco has confirmed a new oil discovery following exploration drilling at the Ipswich prospect in Norway. The discovery is in the same license as the Oselvar discovery where a successful appraisal well was completed earlier this year. Noreco owns 15% of both discoveries.

Stavanger, 8 August, 2008: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco - OSE:NOR), Oil has been discovered in the South Tor Pod exploration well in Denmark, where Noreco owns a 6.56% share.
