Stavanger 7 December 2009 Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco - OSE:NOR), Noreco's production in November 2009 was 6,250 barrels of oil equivalents per day. Production was still affected by the shutdown of the Siri field in Denmark.

Stavanger, 30 November, 2009: Norwegian Energy Company ASA ("Noreco" or "the Company" - OSE:NOR) has successfully completed the issue of two new bonds totaling NOK 2,000 million and the redemption of the NOR01 and NOR02 bonds.

Insurance claim for pipeline rupture settled

Stavanger, 27 November, 2009: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco - OSE:NOR), Noreco has settled an insurance claim relating to rupture of the water injection pipeline between Siri and Nini. Under the agreement, Noreco receives a total of USD 20.9 million in coverage under its insurance policy.
