Production November 2012

Stavanger, 6 December 2012: Norwegian Energy Company (Noreco) in November 2012 produced 3,479 barrels of oil equivalents (boe) per day. Net realised price in November was USD 106 per boe after adjustments for oil put options, inventory, NGL and gas prices.

Stavanger, 26 November 2012: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco) announces that production from the Oselvar field, where Noreco holds a 15 percent interest, was restarted this weekend after having been shut down since 12 September following an incident on the host platform Ula.

Stavanger, 26 November 2012: Noreco UK Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Norwegian Energy Company ASA, has entered into an agreement to sell 11.9 percent of UK licence P1666, where the Romeo exploration well is currently being drilled, to Total.
