Noreco's way of engaging its employees includes a degree of real autonomy and exposure to top management, as well as involvement in forming Noreco's strategy and contributing to decision making.
The employees are represented in the board of Noreco. In addition, Noreco's Working Environment Committee (WEC) engages both employee and employer representatives from the Danish and the Norwegian part of the organisation. All members of Noreco staff participate in our strategy sessions. Top management maintains a close dialogue with all the staff formally and informally, through company trips, company meetings or video conference in which all staff members' from all locations participate.
Health Services
Having healthy employees is one of our main priorities. Therefore, we offer our employees preventive treatment in the form of health checks, physiotherapy as well as ergonomic support. Noreco’s Sports Club is financially supported by the Company to support an active and healthy lifestyle.
