Mr. Takla is one of the founders of Noreco, and he is now the chairman of Noreco’s Board of Directors. Mr.Takla held a number of national and international managerial positions from 1977-2003 with Phillpis Petroleum Company, and was Managing Director of the Scandinavia Division from 1997 -2002. He was MD for ConocoPhillpis Norway and VP of the Europe-Africa Division from 2002-2005.Mr. Takla was appointed Commander of the Royal St. Olav in 2005 for his long and dedicated effort for the oil and gas industry in Norway.He is presently chairman of the Board of the ONS Foundation, and served on the Board of Norway’s National Research Council from 2001-2005. Mr. Takla is a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering NTNU, Trondheim from 1968, is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Sandnes, Norway.

Mr. Hogan has spent over 30 years in the oil and gas industry and he has extensive international experience at board level. He spent his early career with Shell, Britoil and Elf Aquitaine. He joined LASMO plc in 1981, running their US oil and gas business for 5 years before being made Managing Director of LASMO North Sea plc between 1989 and 1993. Mr. Hogan was appointed to the main board of LASMO plc as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer between 1993 and 1999. Since then he has worked at board level in a number of companies in the energy sector. Mr. Hogan is a British citizen and resides in Kent, England.

Mrs. Log Bergjord is Sales Director in Business Group Salmon Feed, Skretting. From 2004 until 2007, she was Vice President Commercial in the Pan Fish group, after serving as Vice President Finance in the same group since 2003. Mrs. Log Bergjord started her career in ConocoPhillips where she held various leading positions during her 16 years with the company. Mrs. Log Bergjord is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Hafrsfjord, Norway.

Worked a few years for DONG E&P, Denmark as Subsurface Manager for a Sandstone HPHT development project before joining Noreco in the current position. Holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Denmark including a Petroleum Technology training period at the NTU, Trondheim Norway. Poulsen is currently holding the position as Central Graben Manager in Noreco, he is a Danish citizen, and resides in Copenhagen.

Joined Noreco in December 2005. Holds 9 years of E&P experience priliminary within Well Placement and Drilling Optimisation in the North Sea working with Sclumberger before joining Noreco in the current position. Holds a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Geosciences from the Norwegian University of Science ans Technology in Trondheim, Norway. Helgesen is currently holding the position as Senior Geologist in Noreco. She is a Norwegian citizen, and resides in Stavanger.
