Nemo Appraisal Well Spudded

Noreco (Norwegian Energy Company ASA) today announced that drilling of the appraisal well 7/4-2 on the Nemo Field in production license PL 148 on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) has commenced.

Completion of first stage of appraisal drilling on Huntington discovery

Stavanger, 14 December, 2007: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (OSE:NOR), Noreco today announced the completion of the first stage of appraisal drilling on Huntington discovery in block 22/14b in the UK Central North Sea.

Stavanger, 23. november 2007: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (OSE:NOR), Oljeselskapet Noreco (Norwegian Energy Company ASA) omsatte for 392 millioner kroner i 3. kvartal 2007. Driftsresultatet (EBITDA) ble 120 millioner kroner og resultat etter nettofinanskostnader og skatt ble -100 millioner kroner.

In a board meeting held 21 November 2007, the Board of Directors of Norwegian Energy Company ASA (`Noreco` or the `Company`) resolved to increase the Company`s share capital by NOK 60,533.70 by
issuing 19,527 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 3.10.
